The European Alliance Foundation Group was formed with the aim of creating a European Alliance of Coaches Associations. The group is comprised of experts and presidents, representatives of various Coaches Associations from Europe. As the growth of the EACA continues at a rapid pace and the interest of various European coaches associations continues to grow as recognition of valuable services that the EACA provides for its members in its continuous strive for the improvement of coaches status, the need was expressed for the transformation of the European Athletic Coaches Association into the European Alliance of Coaches Associations.
